Lin Rauch, assistant professor of nursing, was named the 2026 Teacher of the Year at the annual Viterbo University Rose Awards ceremony April 30.

Three hundred ninety-eight students, 243 undergraduate, 119 master’s degree, and 36 doctoral degree students, will be candidates for graduation at Viterbo University’s Spring Commencement Ceremony at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 9 at the La Crosse Center.

The Viterbo University choirs under the direction of Dr. Michael Sauer will perform Sir Karl Jenkins’ "The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace" at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 3 in the Holmen High School Trygve Mathison Auditorium.

Four-time Grammy Award winning singer and songwriter Lyle Lovett and his Small Large Band and special guest Hayes Carll will open the Viterbo University Bright Star Summer Season at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, July 11 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.
