The Viterbo admission office is now accepting applications for the very important job of a Viterbo Voyager (tour guide) for the 2015–16 school year. Applicants must be a current student with an intense desire to share their love and knowledge of Viterbo to potential students and their families. This is a paid position and it is not work study. Tour guides are required to work 1-2 hours a week giving tours or helping out in the admission office, and work 10–12 visit events throughout the school year. Some of these events fall on a Saturday and tour guides are required to work. Summer employment is also available but not required. Visit the admission office to pick up an application or for additional information. Application deadline is Friday, March 27.
Employees are invited to enjoy a grilled cheese and chili lunch from 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m. Thursday, March 19 in the Reinhart Center Board Room. The lunch includes a grilled cheese sandwich, beef or vegetarian chili, pineapple upside down cake, lemonade, and water. The Viterbo Parish Nurse Ministry Center will sponsor its annual Day of Enrichment Friday, March 20 from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Hospitality Suite. Scholars' Day Registration Deadline is Friday. This annual, campus-wide celebration of student scholarship is slated for Friday, April 24. All disciplines are encouraged to participate. Faculty and staff can register a class, group, program, or departmental presentations. Students can register their independent or group work (please touch base with your faculty member before registering to eliminate duplicate registrations.).
