Everyone is invited to participate in Viterbo’s MLK Day Project Linus Knit-a-Thonfrom 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21 in the School of Nursing Building 104. The goal of the project is to create 5” x 5” squares that are combined to form hand-made blankets that will be donated to the local Project Linus chapter. Click the link to learn more about Project Linus. There will be staff available throughout the day to teach any beginners or people who might need a refresher. Viterbo faculty and staff are invited to present and/or attend the Celebration of Teaching and Learning Friday, Jan. 25 from 3:30–5 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Lobby. Faculty and instructors from a variety of disciplines will share teaching and learning experiences, instructional strategies, methods, and outcomes via 15-minute mini sessions. People attending will also be able to enjoy wine and cheese, door prizes, and interaction with colleagues and friends.
