The W-2 and 1095 forms for 2017 are available on VITNET for the employees who have consented to electronic forms. W-2 and 1095 forms will be available in campus mailboxes for the employees on campus who didn’t consent to electronic forms on Monday, Jan. 15. W-2s for adjunct faculty and students will be mailed to your preferred address. Contact payroll with any questions.

 

The Center for Student Success, Center for Community Engagement, and D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership are partnering to sponsor the first annual Knit-a-Thon from 4–7 p.m. on MLK Day Jan. 15 in the Fine Arts Center Lobby. Student, faculty, and staff volunteers are invited to knit squares to be sewn into blankets and donated to Project Linus or donate knitting supplies, etc.

 

The Academic Resource Center is continuing to collect the stories of employees who were first-generation college students to encourage and inspire Viterbo’s first-generation students at http://viterbo.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_etlzura05bGa5yl. If you already completed the survey this past summer, you do not need to complete it again.
