7–10:30 p.m. "How does mental health look to you?’’ Come to the Marian Courtyard and join counseling services in illustrating the many faces of mental health. Enjoy the Disney Pixar Movie, Inside Out afterward.

Healthy Living Week: Today is Energy Saving Day. Viterbo Rec Sports challenges you to save energy by working in the dark or outdoors, taking the stairs, and unplugging unneeded electronics.

Healthy Living Week: Tomorrow is Transportation Day. Viterbo Rec Sports is encouraging you to promote a cleaner environment by commuting to campus in an environmentally friendly way. Bike or walk to class, and if you have longer commute, carpool with a friend.

Attend the annual pasta dinner hosted by Viterbo dietetics majors Friday, Oct. 13 from 4:30–7:30 p.m. Cost is $12 for adults, $10 for students and $6 for children 10 and under.The meal includes pasta, salad, bread and dessert. There are marinara and alfredo sauce options as well as meatballs available. There are also vegetarian and vegan friendly options. Pre-register to guarantee your meal.
