MBA in Health Care Leadership (online)

The Online MBA in Health Care Leadership is designed for employed professionals including health care administrators, physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals seeking to develop their leadership and business skills and open new opportunities in their organizations and careers. Following Viterbo University's rich tradition of developing health care professionals and leaders, the online MBA in Health Care Leadership is built on the strength and reputation of the MBA program and the nurses, physicians, administrators, faculty, and other health professionals that comprise its learning community.

Students are members of a learning cohort, starting the program together and progressing through the same curriculum to build relationships and maximize opportunities to learn and work together. With the exception of two 2.5-day face to face on-campus "intensives," the program is delivered entirely online, allowing you maximum flexibility to balance your studies with your busy life. Small classes, activities designed with unique and innovative learning tools, recorded sessions, and an asynchronous schedule so you can participate at any time of the day or week create a learning environment in which all students bring their unique perspectives to every classroom discussion. Students complete the program in two years.
