The event will be held in the Amie L. Mathy Center on the Viterbo University campus.
The event will take place on Thursday, August 29, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Set up will begin at 1 p.m. and tear down will begin at 4 p.m.
Please provide a brief description of your service/ activity/ demonstration that you will be holding at your table during the Welcome Back Bash. Remember, your booth must be represented at all times and should include some type of attractive display and/or activity.
Prizes and giveaways for students are a great way to get your name out. Is there something you'd like to donate to Viterbo Campus Activities that can be given away as a door prize at the Bash or during the coming academic year during other campus activities' events?
One eight-foot table and two chairs will be available for each registrant. Area Businesses and Volunteer/ Non-Profit Organizations are asked to pay for their table. On-Campus Departments and Student Organizations will be provided a whole or half table and two chairs without a charge.

Access to electricity is limited and available on a first registered, first served basis. Will you need access to electricity?

This is the third year Viterbo University is holding the Welcome Back Bash. Last year, over 600 students came through the event. Do you have any recommendations of other businesses/ organizations that we should get involved at the Welcome Back Bash?
