What is Self-Care?

Self-care is any activity that you deliberately do in order to take care of your physical, mental, and emotional health. It is often overlooked when we become busy, stressed, and put other priorities above our own personal needs. Take time to care for yourself this week and learn about the importance of self-care!

 

Events

Dare to Self-Care:

Tuesday 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. | Student Union Lobby

Join us for a fun afternoon of DIY. We will have materials for different skincare items including body butter, body scrub, and hair oil. We will also have a stress ball making station!

Self-Care Social:

Wednesday 6 – 8 p.m. | Mathy Center

Grab a friend and enjoy some snacks and hot beverages while you de-stress with Mandela coloring, meditation, and hand massages!
