Philosophy on exercise and wellbeing: My philosophy on exercise and wellbeing is that it isn’t just for the body. Exercise is great for the mind and as an escape from problems we might have. It’s a great way to create social connections while also maintaining a healthy physical form.
Favorite exercise activity: anything leg day, squats and deadlifts.
