Set in New York's Central Park at the site dedicated to John Lennon's memory, Michael Torke and A.R. Gurney's opera in one act tells the story of an elderly woman's struggle with aging and dementia. Believing she has arrived at her seat at the opera house, a young student in the park indulges her delusion and helps turn the world around them into an opera.
