Some students take classes because they want to enhance their professional skills or complete credits in preparation for applying to a graduate program. These students are considered “non-degree seeking” because they aren’t in a formal degree program.
What courses can I take?
Courses are offered as space is available. Non-degree seeking students typically select courses numbered 100 (freshman level courses). You may be able to take upper level courses with permission from course instructors.
What does it cost?
Per credit: $775/credit for 1–5 credits
Audit (no credit): $100/credit
- Student activity fee of $15/credit (up to 11 credits), maximum of $45/semester
- Technology fee of $25/credit, maximum of $150/semester
- Costs for books and course fees (for specialized courses)
