LA CROSSE—Over 70 children ages 5-11 are spending the week  (June 23-27) at Viterbo University attending "Camp Creative," a program designed
to expose youth to a variety of activities in the areas of music, art, and drama.

The children are on campus each day from 8:30-noon. Throughout the morning, the youngsters rotate in 55-minute modules between groups called the Lyrics (music), the Illustrators (art) and the Playwrights (theatre). The week's activities will culminate on Friday, June 27, with an open house and group presentation at 11 a.m. in the Fine Arts Center Lobby.

"Camp Creative is an excellent way to spark a child’s imagination in a way that’s fun and exciting," said Mary Leonard, camp director.
