Employment Application Form
For assistance with the online application, contact Human Resources at 608-796-3930.
Q. When do I complete the employment application?
A: The employment application should be completed only if there is a position advertised. We do not accept or keep "blind" general applications except in the case of adjunct faculty.
Q: Do I submit the employment application even if I have a resumé/vita available?
A: Yes, the employment application must accompany all application materials submitted for the position. At the final step of the application process, you will be able to attach the required documents for the open position instead of emailing your resume and materials.
Q: Do you prefer my application materials be sent through the mail or emailed?
A: With today's technology, emailing your application materials or uploading the documents during the online application is the quickest, most efficient format.
Please note that if you email files, put the position title in the subject line. This will prevent it from being deleted as spam.
Q: If I start the application process and do not finish, can I come back to the application?
A: Because we do not have a log-in system, your application will not be saved or sent to Viterbo until you hit submit.
Q: Will I receive confirmation that Viterbo has received my application materials?
A: After the application process is submitted online, you will see a page confirming that we have received your documents. You will not receive another confirmation.
Q: What happens once you receive my application materials?
A: After the review of candidates, the search committee will contact those who are chosen for a phone interview or on-campus interviews.
Thank you for your interest in employment at Viterbo University.
