Faculty Development in International Education
The Global Education program at Viterbo was founded in 1990 with a generous grant from the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration. The purposes of the program are:
- to facilitate a multi-cultural and international dimension to the curriculum and the institution.
- to contribute to the highest quality instruction and field experience in multi-cultural curricula at Viterbo.
- to build international and cross-cultural awareness in the Viterbo community through on-site experiential knowledge of other societies and cultures.
There are a variety of ways for Viterbo faculty to engage in the mission of this office:
We hope you will explore these opportunities and contact the office with your questions and interests.
Assistance in funding for many opportunities is available from Viterbo's Faculty Development Fund and from the Office of Global Education.
