What is Financial Literacy?
Financial Literacy is the ability to read, analyze, manage and communicate about the personal financial conditions affecting material well being.
At Viterbo University, we believe every student should graduate with sound financial literacy skills that can be utilized in the pursuit of lifelong financial wellness. Viterbo's financial literacy program, $oar to $uccess, seeks to provide students with the tools and resources necessary to help them understand their finances, to define and develop their money management practices, and to offer direction about how to implement an effective financial strategy that will foster personal and professional growth.
