This course develops student awareness of the cultures and peoples in the Spanish-speaking world through an immersion experience abroad. The experience includes opportunities to interact with people in rural and urban communities to learn about political, social, religious, and economic realities. Prerequisite: any 100-level VUSM course or transfer student placement. LDW
