Interactive Cooking Classes targeting those with celiac disease, wheat allergy, and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. Classes conducted by Viterbo nutrition and dietetic students and interns. There are four sessions; attend one or all of them. Cost is $10 for each class and must be paid in advance. Space is limited.
