8 p.m. RHA Meeting ­– Rose Terrace Basement. Someone will be at the door to let students in 10 minutes prior to 8 p.m. and five minutes after. At least two representatives are needed from each resident floor.

 

Students, attend a Spring dance marathon fundraiser informational meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10 in the School of Nursing Building 196. All students welcome, many leadership positions available.

 

Saturday, Sept. 20 is the Rec Sports Flag Football Tournament. The deadline to register is Thursday, Sept. 18 at 5 p.m.

Notice from the Copy Center: If you have work study and need them to make copies for you or your department, departmental work study ID cards are available from Karen in the CMMC. If you are an advisor for a club and would like students to be able to print using the club budget number, contact Chad Gilbeck about creating an account. Karen Hurtgen can then give those students access to that account.

 

Emergency Text Message and Contact Information Update: Take a moment to update your emergency text message and emergency contact information in for the 2014 fall term. The emergency text message system notifies Viterbo students and employees via text messages on their cell phones for all campus wide emergencies, while the emergency contact information helps the university notify a family or friend in case of an emergency. This information can be updated online via Vitnet at: http://vitnet.viterbo.edu For student click on Emergency Contact under the Academic Profile section. For employees click on Emergency Contact under the Supervisor Resources section. Please update your information by Sept. 26.
