The Viterbo Concert Choir and 9th Street Singers will present a free concert at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11 in Mary of the Angels Chapel at St. Rose Convent. The concert is being held in conjunction with Viterbo Days and is open to the public. The program will include Alleluia for St. Francis by Gordon Binkerd and You are Good written by Viterbo music department faculty member Mary Ellen Haupert in honor of Viterbo’s 125th Anniversary and dedicated to the Viterbo Concert Choir and its director, Jean Saladino, music.
Supervisors: The Performance Evaluation is an annual process for the employee (staff and administration) and the supervisor to assess and discuss job responsibilities and accomplishments of the past year and areas that need to be developed further. To accomplish this, the evaluation process has been set up with specific forms to be completed by the supervisor and employee. Annual performance evaluations must be completed by Dec. 1 for all staff and administration. Employees whose spouse or child will be graduating have the opportunity to present their diploma cover during commencement ceremonies. The policy for this opportunity has recently been clarified. Any Viterbo employee interested in presenting a family diploma cover must notify the committee by Friday, Oct. 17. Academic regalia is required and may be rented from the bookstore before Friday, Oct. 17. Saturday, Oct. 11 at 9 p.m. Celebrate Pippin with VU AfterDark’s Pippin After Party. Food and refreshments will be available in the Hawk’s Nest following the Pippin performance.

Students are asked to include their name with the return address so that they can be informed if the mail sent does not have the correct postage.
Deadline is Oct. 31 for students and staff to complete online training course, Preventing Discrimination and Sexual Violence. Need to get off campus? Need to find some peace and quiet? Join Campus Ministry on their Fall Retreat to the beautiful Autumn woods of Reedsburg this weekend. Mini-bus leaves Saturday, Oct. 11 at noon and and returns Sunday, Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. Cost is 20$, which includes meals, lodging, and travel. Reflect in prayer, discuss in small groups, and enjoy peace in a simple off campus retreat. Register by Thursday, Oct. 9 in the Campus Ministry Office. Spots are limited.
