Students are reminded that they may mail letters and packages at the Copy, Mail and Media Center on the lower level of the Reinhart Center. With correct postage, the mail will go out immediately. Students are asked to include their name with the return address so that they can be informed if the mail sent does not have the correct postage. 

 

Register to vote on campus Monday, Oct. 13 from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. After Oct. 15 you will need to register at City Hall.

 

Deadline is Oct. 31 for students and staff to complete online training course, Preventing Discrimination and Sexual Violence. Access the training at http://slate.workplaceanswers.com/viterbo/ or click on the link found in the email from Workplace Answers sent to your inbox. The course can be taken on any computer with access to the internet.

Employees: Student Activities Board is looking for chaperones for the Saturday, Oct. 25 trip to Six Flags in Gurnee, Illinois. The buses will leave campus at 8 a.m. and will return shortly after midnight. Cost of trip is free for chaperones and includes bus, park ticket, and sack lunch. Need to get off campus? Need to find some peace and quiet? Join Campus Ministry on their Fall Retreat to the beautiful Autumn woods of Reedsburg this weekend. Mini-bus leaves Saturday, Oct. 11 at noon and and returns Sunday, Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. Cost is 20$, which includes meals, lodging, and travel. Reflect in prayer, discuss in small groups, and enjoy peace in a simple off campus retreat. Register by Thursday, Oct. 9 in the Campus Ministry Office. Spots are limited.

The Student Dietetics Association will host a Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser for Viterbo Days Friday, Oct. 10 from 4:30­–6:30 p.m in the School of Nursing Building 195. Everything is homemade and includes spaghetti, meatballs, garlic bread, salad with a red wine vinaigrette dressing, and dessert.
