Packet pick-up: Friday 5-8 p.m. in the Viterbo Nursing Center Lobby
and on day of race 8-8:45 a.m. in Assisi Courtyard (off Franciscan Way)
After you get your packet, meet your classmates and friends for a spaghetti dinner.
Stock up on carbs the night before the 5k!
Cost is $8 and $5 for children 10 and under.

TRAINING: Don't think you are ready to run a 5k? Think again! Try the popular Couch-to-5K Training Program.
START INSTRUCTIONS: Wear your race number on the front. Pre-race instructions begin at 8:50 a.m. at the starting point. WALKERS line up at the back of the pack to ensure a fair and safe start.
FINISH INSTRUCTIONS: Keep to the right as you approach and enter the finish chute. Volunteers will remove your race tag. Stay in your finish position as you move through the chute. WALKERS: Stay to the far right on the race route and as you approach the finish area.
RACE RESULTS: Results will be posted on the Viterbo alumni website www.viterbo.edu/alumni.
AWARDS: Awards ceremony will be at 10:30 a.m. in Assisi Courtyard. Awards presented for 5K participants to first overall male and female finishers and to top finishers in each age group and the wheelchair division. Winners of the overall division will not be eligible for awards in the individual categories. Everyone wins in the Children's Alumni Dash.
REGISTRATION: One registration form per participant is required. A link will be provided after you submit this form to return and sign up other participants. Or you may print additional registration forms (pdf). Photocopied registration forms are also acceptable
