  1. Apply

We’ve made applying easy to do online

  2. Send us your transcripts and test scores

    • High school transcripts or GED/HSED: These must come directly from your high school.
    • ACT/SAT test scores: These are required for music theatre, nursing, nutrition and dietetics, and theatre majors. Your high school may be able to include this with your high school transcript. If you haven't taken the ACT/SAT, let us know at admission@viterbo.edu or 608-796-3010.
    • Official college transcripts: We need official transcripts from all colleges you have attended. Ask your college Registrar to send official transcripts to Viterbo.

These documents must be sent directly from your high school or testing organization to Viterbo University Admission Office, 900 Viterbo Drive, La Crosse, WI 54601. High school transcripts or post-secondary transcripts will not be considered official if received from the student.

  3. Apply for financial aid and scholarships

To receive financial aid, complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online and include Viterbo’s school code: 003911.

We recommend that you grant access to your parents through our parent portal.

Viterbo University offers many scholarships. Talk to your admission counselor to find out about scholarships that might be a good fit for you and application deadlines.

  • "The combination of graphic design and digital media classes I took at Viterbo undoubtedly was the reason I was able to get such a good job just a month after graduation. The ability to have that one-on-one attention with such qualified professors is something you can’t get at just any college."
