Grammatical Excursion #3
By Alex Kehl
The old man sat under the bright green tree
in June in the park
She put down her bifocals because of
the tears she was crying.
He loved everything and protected it, every
time he took a walk about the woods in spring.
"I'm not so terrified of forks anymore Charlie."
He wrapped his hand tenderly around the
side of her face to protect her dignity
since it had already begun as a beautiful
Saturday in the park
