How to Apply
1. Apply online
2. $50 non-refundable application fee (paid on-line or mail in) unless you are a master's candidate
3. Please have official transcripts of undergrad degrees and graduate work mailed directly from the college/university to: Viterbo University, Attn: Kathy Westcott, 4949 Westown Parkway, Suite 195, West Des Moines, IA, 50266. Transcripts marked "issued to student" will not be accepted. To obtain Viterbo University transcripts this transcript request form may be used.
4. A copy of your Iowa teaching license
Upon completion of the on-line application, official transcripts, copy of teaching license, and $50 (if not paid online) must be mailed to: Viterbo University, Attn: Graduate Education Program, 4949 Westown Parkway Suite 195, West Des Moines, IA 50266.
