How to Apply

1. Apply online 
2. $50 nonrefundable application fee. You may submit your application fee online.
3. Request official copies of transcripts from all colleges and universities attended (transcripts must be mailed directly from each school.) Transcripts marked "issued to student" will not be accepted. This transcript request form may be used.
4. Copy of principal license
5. Completed promissory note 
6. You may apply for financial aid if needed, www.fafsa.ed.gov. Viterbo code: 003911
7. One letter of recommendation matching the reference provided on your online application.

The above information must be mailed to:  Viterbo University, Attn: Graduate Education Program, 900 Viterbo Dr. La Crosse, WI 54601.
