Award-winning author, director, and former member of the New York State Assembly Nelson Denis will present “War Against All Puerto Ricans…Fact, Fiction, or Somewhere in Between” at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Recital Hall.
