The Viterbo University Fine Arts Center has announced its 2015-2016 Ronald McDonald Arts for Young America Family Series, which will feature a mix of beloved children’s stories, as well as a journey into some fantastical worlds.
The Viterbo University Fine Arts Center has announced its 2015-2016 Bright Star Season, which will feature a variety of performances that range from poignant and inspiring to nostalgic to astounding. The season will include music from the heart of America and beyond, Broadway musicals, contemporary ballet, and a classic American drama.
Misty Lown, owner of Misty’s Dance Unlimited; Ernie and Sally Micek, supporters of numerous community initiatives; and Deacon Richard Sage, recently retired executive director of Catholic Charities of La Crosse and co-founder of Place of Grace Catholic Worker House are the recipients of the Viterbo University 2015 Saint John XXIII Award for Distinguished Service.
Four hundred seventy-four students, 374 undergraduate, 94 graduate, and six associate degree students, will be candidates for graduation at Viterbo University’s spring commencement ceremony at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 9 at the La Crosse Center.
The Viterbo University Theatre and Music Theatre department will present William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Weber Center for the Performing Arts Friday, April 17–Sunday, April 19 and Friday, April 24–Sunday, April 26.
