The Viterbo University Fine Arts Center has announced its 2016-2017 Ronald McDonald Arts for Young America Family Series, which will feature beloved children’s stories, an exciting look at the science of electrical energy, and amazing tricks and stunts performed by rescue dogs.
Viterbo University will host Franciscan CORE, a five-day summer service camp for high school students entering 10th, 11th, and 12th grades in the fall who are interested in Catholic Social Teaching and serving their communities. The residential program takes place Sunday, June19 through Friday, June 24.
Marjorie Collins, a longtime philanthropist who founded Collins Outdoor Advertising Inc. with her late husband Charles; Celesta Day, a member of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration who has spent her entire career and life in ministry making a positive impact on the organizations she has served; and Don and Norma Vinger, supporters of numerous community causes, are the recipients of the Viterbo University 2016 Saint John XXIII Award for Distinguished Service.
The Viterbo University chapter of The National Society of Leadership and Success recently inducted 73 members, bringing its total membership to 525.
Four hundred eighty-two students, 370 undergraduate, 109 graduate, and three associate degree students, will be candidates for graduation at Viterbo University’s spring commencement ceremony at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7 at the La Crosse Center.

Celebrate life with Phoenix Entertainment as they present the hit Tony Award®-winning musical Ragtime at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.
Viterbo University will present the popular musical comedy Altar Boyz at the Weber Center for the Performing Arts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 16 and Friday, April 22, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 24.
