On the Cover
To be a true leader one needs to first learn how to serve. It may seem a strange concept to say a leader must also be a servant, but that belief is the foundation of a new graduate program at Viterbo University---the Master of Arts in Servant Leadership. Attracting participants from a number of different professions, the ecumenical program is setting new standards for leadership through reflection, biblical and organizational principles, and public activity.
Career Planning & Placement:
The job market is certainly different today than it was before Sept. 11. An erratic economy means finding a job requires more than simply searching the want ads or sending a resume. That’s where Viterbo University’s Career Planning and Placement (CPP) office comes into play. CPP provides support to students and alumni to help them not only find jobs, but also to develop and hone the life skills needed for a successful career.
