Shaping the future for students of Viterbo University. Plans unveiled for the new Center for Ethics, Science, and Technology
Ron Schafer:
What can you say in the aftermath of Sept. 11? Viterbo’s Ron Schafer found words were not always important during the week he spent in New Jersey as an American Red Cross volunteer. A psychology professor, Schafer provided counseling services and support to rescue workers and grieving families impacted by the World Trade Center tragedies. Back home, Schafer put pen to paper to share his reflections of a week that forever changed him.

Jan Linderbaum:
There was a time when Jan Linderbaum ’59 couldn't imagine staying on any job for 25 years. And yet, after 37 years at Viterbo University (not counting the four years she spent as an undergraduate), she is saying good-bye. Having served as director of admission for a time and as registrar, Linderbaum is looking forward to retirement. But first, she has a few memories to share.
