St. Catherine's Medal

Congratulations to this year's medal recipients: Emily Aerts, Kelsey Pruitt, and Danielle (Dani) Templin!

Objective: 

The medal honors students who represent the high ideals of a Catholic college education, including but not limited to Viterbo University's core values: contemplation, hospitality, integrity, stewardship, and service.
 

Eligibility: 

Any Viterbo student (graduate or undergraduate) who has not previously received the award.
 

Nomination: 

The nomination process for 2013 has closed.  Nominations for next year's award will be accepted in February 2014.  Please check back then to access the online nomination form.
 

Criteria: 

Nominees will be evaluated on the extent to which he or she has:

  1. demonstrated dedication to his or her Catholic education.
  2. demonstrated leadership.
  3. participated in service to Viterbo or the broader community on behalf of Viterbo University.
  4. worked to fulfill the Viterbo mission and is a role model within our Franciscan community.
  5. stood their ground against the constraints placed upon them.
     

Award: 

The St. Catherine's medal is presented at the annual Student Leader Recognition Dinner in late May.
