Faculty
The Education Department has primary responsibility for the professional education components of the Teacher Education Program including those offered by other departments. The department faculty is responsible for advising all education students, evaluating the program and recommending modifications to the Teacher Education Committee. The Director of Teacher Education (Dean of the School of Education) ensures that all National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education and Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction standards are followed. She is also responsible for field and student teacher placements and supervision.
