Sam's Club Sustainability Challenge
SIFE teams up each year with Onalaska’s Sam's Club to help an interested small businesses become more socially and environmentally responsible. SIFE members meet with the business owners, look for opportunities to improve their long-term sustainability, make recommendations, and assist with implementing a solution. All this is made possible thanks to funding and support from Sam’s Club.

Angel Tree
SIFE’s Angel Tree project has brightened each holiday season since 2000 by playing Santa for La Crosse’s neediest children at the Salvation Army. Together with Viterbo University’s Institutional Advancement Office, SIFE decorates two Christmas trees on campus with tags from the Salvation Army that list names, ages, and clothing sizes of needy children. Anyone on campus can grab a tag, buy a gift and make a difference. Viterbo is among the top contributors to this program each year.
