Graduate Summer Housing
Can I live on campus this summer?
Any Viterbo University student may live on campus this summer as long as you are either:
a) registered for Fall 2013 classes; or,
b) graduating at the end of the 2013 Summer Term.
If you are either a student graduating in May 2013 (and in need of summer housing), or a student that would like to request special arrangements, please contact the Office of Residence Life.
Where can I live on campus this summer?

On-campus residents living in summer housing will stay in their current apartment/residence hall room until approximately June 1. In early June, all students who plan to live on campus will move to their summer housing assignment either in McDonald or Treacy Apartments for June and July. In early August, residents will be allowed to move into their fall housing assignments for the 2013-2014 academic year. Students living off-campus for fall 2013 will need to check out of their summer apartments by August 4, 2013.

The cost of housing for the summer will be $175 per week for double occupancy apartments. Single occupancy apartments (only available for individuals staying three weeks or more) will be at a rate of $250 per week. There will be a limited number of single apartments available. The dates for the housing charge will run from Sunday to Sunday. A resident who stays for one day will still be billed the full weekly housing charge. Billing will start the first week of the summer: May 12 – May 19.
There is an additional $5 program fee for any resident staying longer than two weeks.
How To Apply:
Step 1: Complete the Graduate Summer Housing Reservation (Due by: Friday, April 26th)
Step 2: In May, you will receive an email containing your apartment assignment and the names of your roommates. If you decide to cancel during any stage of this process you must notify the Office of Residence Life as soon as possible.
