Graduate Summer Housing Reservation 2018

The cost of housing for the summer will be $190 per week for double occupancy apartments. Single occupancy apartments will be at a rate of $275 per week. There will only be a limited number of single apartments available. The dates for the housing charge will run from Sunday to Sunday. A resident who stays for one day will still be billed the full weekly housing charge. Billing will start the first week of the summer: May 13–20.

There is an additional $5 program fee for any resident staying longer than two weeks.

Please note:

  • Summer housing will not be granted unless a student’s spring balance is paid in full.
  • If a student is not registered for fall classes and is not graduating at the end of the summer term, full payment for summer housing is due on the last day of the spring semester (May 11, 2018).
  • Full payment for summer housing is due June 30, 2018 or when you checkout with Residence Life, whichever occurs first.
  • Late payment or non-payment may result in cancellation of a student’s housing and/or board contract.
Rose Apartments offers accessibility in the way of an elevator and 4 handicap-accessible apartments.
Please give the names of any roommates you would like to live with over the summer.
Single/Private apartments are limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis.
