Tributes to Rosella (Naomi) Namer, FSPA '45
The following are tributes to Sr. Rosella, memories of her life and reactions to her death.
I've had a picture of Sr. Naomi (Sr. Rosella Namer) on my office wall for some time and have thought about her many times over the years. Out of the blue, I did a Yahoo search today (5/16/11) on Rosella Namer, and was surprised to read she had passed away on January 25th (which happens to be my birthday) and now wish I had not waited so long to try contacting her. Sr. Naomi was a wonderful person, a personal friend when I was in high school and an influence on me all my life. She was always cheerful and had a smile on her face. It was an honor to have known her and she will always be remembered.

My main memory of S. Rosella is that she always smiled. Another memory is that she, S. Arita Dopkins and S. Beth Saner were such good friends. And I often heard students say how helpful S. Rosella was when they needed help in the library.
