2013FA midterm grades are due by noon on Monday, October 14
Only entered for traditional, undergraduate courses; only enter grade of MS, MD, or MF

Giving an Incomplete Grade
Students are responsible for initiating a grade of incomplete. ALL portions of the form must be completed and the student and the instructor must sign the form, which can then be submitted to the registrar. Faculty in an off-campus program or faculty assisting with the form because a student has left campus due to an emergency may acknowledge that the incomplete grade has been discussed by indicating "per phone call" or per "e-mail" on the student signature line. The deadline to submit a request for an incomplete grade is the last class period (not the final exam date).

Incomplete Grades for an Entire Class
For courses with a study abroad component, research component, or student teaching, the entire class may be given additional time to complete course requirements.  Please consult with the assistant registrar to see if your course section qualifies.  Grades of "I" (Incomplete)will be entered for you and you will be given a grading roster to complete once the requirements for the course are completed and grades are ready to be submitted.  Note:  a grade of "I" will affect students' academic progress for financial aid qualification and for the deans' list.  Approval to utilize the incomplete grade will be granted on a case by case basis.
