Registration Awards Recording Miles Mileage Conversion Chart Area Activities
The Mathy Miler Wellness Program is designed to encourage healthy habits and help participants stay interested an involved in a regular exercise program. Participants may choose their own activities and exercise at their own pace and convenience.
The program runs for twelve months, September 1 to August 31.
Participants earn miles for their exercise and healthy habits and record their mileage and submit their results on the web.
Prizes are awarded at designated milestones.
Participants may join Mathy Miler at anytime.
To Get Started:
- Visit the Mathy Center Front Desk, let the staff know you are interested in the Mathy Miler program
- Pay the $10 registration fee
- Begin working toward a healthier and happier you!
- Chart your progress and submit your results online!
Awards
All awards are free. Participants will be notified via email when their award is ready to be claimed. All awards may be claimed at the Mathy Center Front Desk. To receive an award, participants must present their valid Viterbo University ID.

**If a participant completes the program in back-to-back years, they have the option of getting a hooded sweatshirt instead of a second long sleeve t-shirts.
Recording Process
To receive credit for mileage, participants must record their activates online at least once a month. Participants will not be able to record activities past 30 days. A monthly calendar is available to assist participants in tracking their activity. These calendars are for personal records only and should not be submitted to the Rec Sports Staff.

Mathy Mileage Conversion
The conversion chart indicates mileage equivalents for various activities. If a participant participates in an exercise activity not listed, choose something of similar intensity to convert into Mathy Mileage. All submitted miles should be converted into Mathy Miles. Mileage is recorded on a continuous basis and accumulates from September 1 - August 31.
