Wellness

Wellness is a term generally used to describe a healthy balance of the mind, body, and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being.

The Wellness Program at Viterbo University encompasses most health or wellness related activities that take place at the Mathy Center. The Wellness series provides monthly information, activities, and bulletin boards to educate and enlighten visitors.
