Welcome to the site detailing the Viterbo University Reading Licensure Program.  This program is designed to meet all of the Wisconsin state requirements for the Wisconsin Reading Teacher #316 license and the Wisconsin Reading Specialist #17 (formerly #317) Administrative license.
