Chair, Department of Psychology, Viterbo College, 1986 to 1994; 1995-1999; 2003 - 2005.
Director of Cooperative Education including the expansion of a new program and the implementation of a portfolio documentation program, Viterbo College, 1980 to 1985.
Project Director, ESEA Title IV Gifted Education grant implementing gifted education programs in eleven school districts with a staff of four professionals, Cooperative Educational Services Agency (CESA 4), 1977 to 1980.
Educational Consultant, including ESEA Title I inservice coordinator, title I budget consultant and school representative to the Wisconsin State Department of Public Instruction for 24 School districts and the developer, writer, project director and Implementer of Community Education and Training Act (CETA) program for high school youth with a staff of 15 professional educators, CESA 4, 1975 to 1977.
Drug Education Coordinator, including administrator of two grants and writer of one grant funded by Wisconsin Council of Criminal Justice. These projects involved the implementation of a K-12 drug education curriculum in 24 school districts, CESA 4, 1973 to 1975.
