Organizational Management

The Organizational Management degree program focuses on developing management skills used in today's business world. You can transfer in an associate degree or 60+ credits. This accelerated program can be completed in the evening, generally in about two years, depending on how many credits you are transferring, and whether you are able to be a full-time or part-time student.

Upon completion, you can pursue a career in quality control, training and development, and human resources, just to name a few. Or you may want to pursue a graduate degree by entering a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. This bachelor's degree program will prepare you for that as well.

The Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management program offers:
