Step into the culture of native Alaska to experience the rewards and challenges of providing health care in a remote community.

Course Title: NURS 482 Professional Nursing: Clinical Capstone in Alaska (4 credits)

Pre-requisites: Must be a senior nursing student in their final semester and accepted into Alaska study away program.

Tentative Travel Dates: Early March, 2022

Cities Visited: Bethel and Anchorage, Alaska

Estimated Cost: $3,700 - $4,000 per student
*Based on a realistic estimate of participants. Fees may change based on final enrollment and/or currency fluctuation rates.
Costs includes airfare, accommodations, transportation, cultural activities, and most meals.
Cost does not include health insurance, personal spending money, some meals or trip/travel insurance.

Housing: Shared living  in dorms and hotels with Viterbo students
