VITERBO LEADERSHIP AT NOON SERIES TO CONTINUE WITH GROUNDED SPECIALTY COFFEE AND APOTHIK FOOD TRUCK OWNER MARIA NORBERG NOV. 14
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Maria Norberg, owner of downtown La Crosse businesses Ground Specialty Coffee and Apothik Food Truck, will speak as part of the Viterbo University Leadership at Noon series Tuesday, Nov. 14 in Reinhart Center room 107.
Norberg earned a business degree from Viterbo University in 2009 and purchased Grounded Specialty Coffee on Main Street in La Crosse two years later. In 2015, she founded Apothik Food Truck, a mobile restaurant offering a seasonal menu with locally sourced food that can most often be found at the corner of Third and Main Streets in La Crosse and Cameron Park farmers market during its operating season.
In addition to managing her businesses, Norberg is active in the Rotary Club of La Crosse-Downtown and recently joined the board of directors for the new SOUP La Crosse, a micro-granting dinner celebrating and supporting creative projects in the city.
All Viterbo Leadership at Noon series events are held from noon–1 p.m. in the Reinhart Center and are free and open to the public. Audience members are welcome to bring their own lunch or purchase a boxed lunch for $5. The Leadership at Noon series is sponsored by the D.B.
