RICH LITTLE TO PERFORM IN JIMMY STEWART—A HUMOROUS LOOK AT HIS LIFE AT VITERBO UNIVERSITY

CROSSE, Wis. – The master of over 200 voices, Rich Little will portray one of
Hollywood’s greatest icons, Jimmy Stewart, in Jimmy Stewart—A Humorous Look at His Life at 7:30 p.m. Saturday,
March 31 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.
In this tribute to the legendary actor, Little pays
homage to his close friend through stories and interactions with many other
characters, all played by him.
Famous
for his portrayal of political figures, Little has charmed, amused, annoyed,
and lampooned politicians from here to his native Canada. Little has performed
throughout the world and has released nine comedy albums. He has also starred
in three HBO comedy specials and appeared in many television programs.
This
performance is part of Viterbo’s Bright Star season and is co-sponsored by
Candlewood Suites and La Crosse Graphics and by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts
Board, with funds from the State of Wisconsin. Soft Rock 101.1 FM is the media
sponsor.
