THE BERENSTAIN BEARS IN FAMILY MATTERS: THE MUSICAL AT VITERBO UNIVERSITY OCT. 17
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Join Mama Bear, Papa Bear, Brother Bear, and Sister Bear in Bear Country as Theatreworks USA presents The Berenstain Bears in Family Matters: the Musical in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17.
Family Matters: the Musical is based on three of Stan and Jan Berenstain’s children’s books The Berenstain Bears Learn about Strangers, The Berenstain Bears and Too Much Junk Food, and The Berenstain Bears’ Trouble at School. Just as in the classic books, Mama Bear and her loving patience are there to save the day.
The Berenstains originally published The Berenstain Bears in 1974 and have gone on to publish over 300 books, create three animated television series, and an upcoming movie.
This performance is part of Viterbo University’s Ronald McDonald Arts for Young America Family Series and is sponsored by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board, with funds from the State of Wisconsin.
