VITERBO UNIVERSITY’S PLATINUM EDITION TO PRESENT A DECADE OF HITS: THE LAST TEN YEARS OF PLATINUM EDITION NOV. 13–14
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Viterbo University’s renowned show choir, Platinum Edition, will present A Decade of Hits: The Last Ten Years of Platinum Edition at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13 and Saturday, Nov. 14 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.
The performances will feature favorites from the past 10 years and several new songs.
“This show will be so much fun,” said Nancy Allen, Viterbo music faculty member and director of Platinum Edition. “There are comedy numbers, songs from Broadway shows, top 40 hits, and some of the best classic rock hits. I encourage everyone to bring a friend and join us for an evening of great music.”
Platinum Edition will be joined by guests Platinum Edition Express (featuring alumni), Coulee Kids, 9th Street Singers, Tonal Impact, Apple Annies, Andy Dahlberg, Kurt Schuldes on guitar, La Crosse Central music teacher Kim Shively on vocals, teachers and students from Misty’s Dance Studio, and members of the Viterbo rugby team.
Lighting for the show was designed by Dillion McArdle. The back up band consists of Paul Leithold, Kurt Schuldes, Steve Duff, Julie Duff, Josh Shively, and from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Matt Windett, Jacob Leonard, Christopher Parks, and Mary Heisel.
