VITERBO RN TO BSN PROGRAM COMING TO MADISON

LA CROSSE, Wis. – Beginning this fall, Viterbo University will be offering its RN to BSN program in Madison. The program is designed to offer registered nurses a convenient and affordable way to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in approximately two years.

Classes will meet Wednesdays in seven-week blocks beginning Aug. 30. In addition to the convenient schedule, the program also offers a generous transfer and credit policy for prior learning, quality face-to-face instruction, online learning opportunities, and the opportunity to “bridge” from the BSN program to the Master of Science in Nursing program.

The RN to BSN program continues the 100-year tradition of excellence of the Viterbo nursing program, the school’s largest major. The Viterbo nursing program has sites in a number of locations in Wisconsin and in Rochester, Minn.

“We’re very excited about providing another option for nurses to complete their bachelor’s degree,” said Tina Mahlum-Johns, student services coordinator for the Viterbo RN to BSN program.

Classes will be held in the Madison Center on the Lakeland College campus. For more information contact Viterbo at 1-888-VITERBO or visit www.viterbo.edu.
