MUSICIANS ANGELE DUBEAU AND LA PIETA AT VITERBO MARCH 24
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Renowned violinist Angele Dubeau and La Pieta, a 12-member string ensemble featuring some of the best-known female musicians in Canada, will perform in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 24.
Angele Dubeau is one of Canada’s most prominent artists. She is a graduate of the Juilliard School of Music and the Montreal Conservatory of Music, and has performed in prestigious concert halls in more than 25 countries. She has released numerous recordings, all of which have received widespread acclaim.
La Pieta was formed by Angele Dubeau in 1997, and under her direction has earned a solid reputation. Both she and La Pieta are dedicated to spreading the enjoyment of music and helping with social causes and charitable organizations through its concerts.
This performance is sponsored by WXOW Channel 19, and is supported, in part, by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board, with funds from the State of Wisconsin.
