AMADEUS TRIO TO PERFORM AT VITERBO UNIVERSITY NOV.12

LA CROSSE, Wis.-- The Amadeus Trio presents a night of dynamic chamber music, brilliant virtuosity, and superb musicianship at Viterbo University Friday, Nov. 12.

Celebrating their thirteenth season of rave review performances, the Amadeus Trio is recognized as one of the foremost piano trios in the world. The three artists, pianist Marien Hahn, violinist Timothy Baker, and cellist Jeffrey Solow also enjoy award-winning solo careers.

In addition to their recently recorded CD on Helicon Records/Kleos Classics, the Amadeus Trio has performed at major musical venues including San Francisco’s Herbst Theatre, Los Angeles’ Ambassador Auditorium, and New York’s Carnegie Hall. Numerous performances by the trio have been broadcast over National Public Radio’s Performance Today program.

This performance is sponsored by WKBT-TV and supported, in part, by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin.
