“A CONVERSATION WITH LYNNE TWIST” AT VITERBO NOV. 15
LA CROSSE, Wis. -- Lynne Twist, the author of The Soul of Money: Transforming Your Relationship with Money and Life will present “A Conversation with Lynne Twist” Monday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. in room 107 of Viterbo University’s D.B. and Marge Reinhart Center.
“A Conversation with Lynne Twist” will feature compelling stories and insights from her book. Twist has formed the Soul of Money Institute as a center for further exploration of theories, attitudes, and best practices that enable people to find peace, freedom, and sufficiency in their relationship with money and the money culture.
Twist was an original member of The Hunger Project when it began in 1977 and has served as one of its leaders for the past 20 years. She has traveled the world raising funds for the organization and has developed a keen understanding of the relationship of people to money, the psychology of scarcity and the psychology of sufficiency.
The event is part of the D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership at Viterbo University’s Fall Lecture Series. It is co-sponsored by the La Crosse Community Foundation. The D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership provides a safe, welcoming environment for the challenging and fair exchange of ideas, which heighten ethical awareness and improve ethical decision-making within a Christian context.
The event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited and tickets are required. Tickets are available at the Viterbo University Reception Desk or by calling the Reinhart Institute at 608-796-3704.
